West Room – $500.00 (4 Hour Rental)
East Room with bar attached – $500.00 (4 Hour Rental)
Entire Room with Dance Floor – $1000.00 (4 Hour Rental)
Bar Rental – $150.00 (2 Hour Rental)
East Patio with Outdoor Fireplace – $50.00 (2 Hour Rental)
Bridal Suite (free of charge) – $500.00 fee for anything lost, stolen or broken.
*$250.00 for each addtional hour.
*$1000.00 minimum on weekends.
-Room deposit is required upon booking the space(s), Bonnie Brook does not hold spaces as they are on a first come first served basis.
-Deposits are nonrefundable in the event of cancelation.
-You may reschedule your event within one year of the original book date without loss of deposit.
-DJ’s and Bands are permitted in the private room(s).
-Outside food or beverage is not permitted, guests must order from the Banquet or Wedding Packet.
-You may provide a cake for your event, provided it is from a licensed bakery.
-Bartender Fee $50.00 per bartender.
-We do have a Preferred Vendor list if you need to outsource services for your event. (DJ, Music, Hair & Makeup, Photography, Floral, AV, Linen, Bakeries.)
-Decorations are permitted but must be removed by guests at the conclusion of the event. (*No glitter or confetti permitted.)
-Guests are not permitted to hang anything from the walls, windows, doors or ceiling.
