Information and Policies

Season Length—22 weeks April 21-September 15th
Tee Times available between 6am-10am Saturdays or Sundays
Fees--$320 for the foursome secures your entry into the permanent tee time lottery. Your Ptt fee also includes entry into the weekly events and a welcoming gift. The weekly events will be simple and few more creative events in 2012.

Two (2) separate lottery drawings will be held for each day, totaling four (4) lotteries on Thursday April 12th.

A Phase 1 Lottery for those groups where all four players have either purchased a season pass or be part of the prepaid green fee program.
A Phase 2 lottery where all four players in a group are not prepaid or season pass players.

To be accepted for the lottery, all applications must:

Be filled out completely and submitted with $320.00 non-refundable registration fee.
May not have an individual’s name that appears on more than one application form for each day.
Include information if players are prepaid or season pass holders for 2012.
Have names of individuals listed that will play at least 75% of the scheduled tee times during the season.

Players are responsible for their weekly green fees and have three ways to pay.
1. Purchase a season pass
2. Prepay for their 22 weeks of the permanent tee time at $675 for residents and $725 for nonresidents This may be divided up into two different payments. One due April 9th and the other due June 1st.
3. Pay for their green fees on a weekly basis, Cart Fees are additional.

Lottery registration deadline: Monday, April 9, 2012 – 12:00noon.
Drawing will be held at Bonnie Brook Golf Course on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 6:30pm. Free appetizers will be served. There will also be drink specials at the bar.
An individual representing each foursome must be present at Bonnie Brook Clubhouse at the time of the lottery to select their choice of tee time.
Any tee time before 10am not taken in the Lottery Drawing will be booked on a weekly basis.
The first 35 paid applications for each day will be accepted for the lottery. It is anticipated that most Foursomes will get a time within 45 minutes of what they are looking for.
Foursomes are expected to complete play within 4 hours and 15 minutes or maintain an interval within 12 minutes of the group in front of them.

NO Show/ Cancellation Policy
A foursome must notify Golf Shop at least 48 hours in advance to cancel a tee time. The person canceling should ask for cancellation # from the pro shop staff to avoid any confusion in canceling. A foursome may cancel up to a maximum of 4 times. Any prepaid players will receive 18 hole rain-checks if entire foursome cancels within the 48 hour required time. A group is required to have four players playing in the tee time. If a group consistently violates any of the above policies, it could result in forfeiture of the tee time. Permanent Tee Time Players are expected to follow all other course rules and regulations.
